 Work Item priority
i implement filenet p8 in a wide area network. there are many user who are using filent. i do have several queues for each user group (im using a ldap/active directory for my users, but i defined the groups in filenet.) for example: i have 4 constrution groups (construction1, construction2, construction3, construction4). they each have a private inbox. they have their own queues but they can see each others queue. example: queue for construction1 has 3 work items in queued, then the queue for construction2 has 5 work items in queued. when both users access their public inbox, both of them can see all the 8 work items. can i sort it out in such a way that when a user from construction1 views his public inbox, the work items from his own queue is on the top, followed by the work items from construction2. at the same time, when a user from construction2 views his public inbox, he can see the work items from the queue of construction2 first before the work items from the queue of construction1.
thanks

Hey
I would have to test this, but I am sure this can be sorted out by configuring the security on the queues using Process Configuration Console

 Do not use BPF
This product is not ready for prime time. It's being transitioned from a PSG offering, as developed by a partner, to full CSS support and that support, from PSG or CSS, is virtually non-existent unless you want to keep paying through the nose to PSG, which is exactly what they want you to do.
